Beyond Automation: Building Faster, Smarter & More Adaptive Pharma Enterprises.
Days left to go
For years, the pharmaceutical industry has invested heavily in automation, digitisation and smart manufacturing. Yet many familiar challenges remain, from production delays and technology transfer gaps to disconnected functions, rising costs, workforce shortages and implementation failures. The question, therefore, is no longer simply what technology should come next, but how organisations can make better decisions and turn these investments into meaningful business performance.
Built around the theme “Beyond Automation: Building Faster, Smarter & More Adaptive Pharma Enterprises,” the 8th Annual Pharma Manufacturing & Automation Convention 2026, taking place on October 27th - 28th at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, will bring together industry leaders to explore the thinking, leadership and collaboration required for the next phase of manufacturing excellence. Across two days, the conversation will examine stronger decision-making, smarter production planning, effective technology transfer, practical AI adoption, workforce capability and cross-functional collaboration.
A purpose-built environment for knowledge exchange, collaboration and commercial opportunity across pharma manufacturing.
Experienced learnings shared directly by leaders shaping the industry.
Genuine two-way conversation, not a one-way lecture.
Practical group discussions grounded in real plant-floor problems.
Structured business opportunities beyond the sessions themselves.

Leucine believes the future of pharma is intelligent. The company was founded by Vivek Gera after seeing an industry drowning in paper: batch records printed and reprinted, deviations logged by hand, quality reviews that took weeks instead of minutes. Headquartered in New York, Leucine built the AI-native platform for pharmaceutical manufacturing from the ground up, with intelligence as the foundation rather than a feature added later. Its products span the full GMP lifecycle: an AI-powered MES, an AI-QMS, CLEEN for cleaning validation, Celestara as the AI Quality Nerve Center, and FDA Tracker for regulatory intelligence on 14,000+ FDA enforcement records. Compliance is designed in, not bolted on, so the platform handles the burden of proof while teams focus on making medicine. Today Leucine runs in production at 400+ GMP facilities across 10+ regulatory jurisdictions, with a 100% go-live record and some of the world's most heavily inspected manufacturers, including a WEF Global Lighthouse site, on the platform. Built by people who visit plants, read SOPs, and sit through audits, Leucine turns compliance from a burden into a competitive advantage.
